Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following areas:
- Diary management.
- Events organization (meetings and external events)
- Assist in department’s financial management (Expenses and budget management).
- Custodian of files, folders, and records (hardcopy and softcopy).
- Sending monthly and weekly reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Connecting between all different organization departments (Act as a point of contact).
- Assist the new candidates whenever necessary.
- Provide as appropriate personal support in a confidential manner.
Job Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Administration.
- Very good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English (very good).
