Job Description
- Liaising with the client, consultant and project staff
- Managing site execution teams.
- Planning and coordinating site daily different works (civil, architecture and electro-mechanic).
- Managing site resources to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.
- Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
- Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales, Directing and supervising workers.
- Planning and Monitoring, Procurement, Finance, operations and Workforce Management, Quality Control and Compliance, Revising all structure and architectural designs.
