Job Description
- Provide assistance and support to Operations Director on various projects.
- Assist in managing infrastructure required to support operating units.
- Assist in some administrative tasks including purchasing.
- Follow up the using of our organizational memory and archival system.
- Help in defining a standardized process workflow.
- Help in updating workflow processes and follow up on its functionality.
- Assist in Culture Building Activities and follow up their implementation.
- Preparing business correspondence using word, excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Type and word process various documents and electronic information as needed.
- Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Good command of English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Organized and self-managed.
