- Responsible for buying, machinery or spare parts for the company at the most competitive prices.
- Communicating internally with Machinery & Spare parts departments and understanding their demands.
- Negotiation with suppliers over the best price, Quality.
- Processing requests and managing shipment process.
- Producing price quotations according to the pricing system.
- Meeting up with suppliers locally and abroad.
- Must have the ability to travel for short periods of time.
Job Requirements
Job requirement :
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word.
- Background knowledge about shipping and customs clearance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign purchasing career.
- Distinctive negotiation & communications skills.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
