Job Description
- The export Executive / Manager will be fully responsible for entire export process from generating orders to dispatch by coordination with concerned areas internally and externally
- He will look after export marketing, regulatory affairs, costing, negotiation, executions, logistics and export
- Put up the company presence in the global markets; preparing marketing material, related exhibitions attendance and collecting database.
- Conduct market surveys and handle prospective clients, analysing opportunities in various countries & opening new business channels.
- Create and implement Export Sales Plan, Target international markets to achieve the organization’s objectives
- Communicate with Clients offering our products using his effective communication skills to negotiate and close deals.
- Co-ordination with production / technical team for timely dispatch from the factory.
- Prepare for Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration
- Practical experience in a similar position for minimum of 3 years
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
- Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
- Male candidates are preferred due to possible travel including outside.
