Job Description
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Portal development of the Vodafone Enterprise IT. Including break/fix of code and new features to be released as part of ongoing Enterprise IT products development
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and configuration of Vodafone Enterprise IT Portal.
- Responsible of creating, updating and maintaining solution LLDs, Operation guides, interface specifications and Unit Test cases.
- Portal development (using AngularJS, Bootstrap, Liferay) including UI/UX configuration - in line with BA guidance and constraints
- Responsible of build, optimization and maintenance of portal full stack including data caching mechanisms and integration with ESB.
Job Requirements
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Mandatory:
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies for Software Development
- Experience with analysing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate a process or improve an existing application
- Deep understanding of Data caching mechanisms and Identity management solutions (e.g. Oracle)
- Hands on experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, Liferay.
Experience in two of the following knowledge domains:
- Development knowledge of web technology Angular, Bootstrap or others
- Development knowledge using Liferay DXP platform.
- Good knowledge in APACHE CAMEL, EhCache
- Development knowledge using the REST API, SOAP API.
- Deep knowledge with Continuous Integration and deployment tools including Jenkins, GitHub and Docker.
