Job Description
- Recommends the strategic direction of the brand through the development of the short, medium and long-term business plans for the assigned segment of product line and each major channel of distribution
- Develop brand positioning using consumer insights through research .
- Executes the annual business plan by integrating the efforts of all essential functions across the company
- Maximizes profitability of assigned products by monitoring volume, margins, & spending, reporting on-progress against planned margin and volume as well as making adjustments to plans as necessary to maximize results
- Develop brands marketing budget/plan to achieve volume/share/equity objectives
- Utilizes all available analytical tools to measure spending effectiveness and gather key learning for continuous improvement
- Assign/manage BTL agencies to conduct in-market activation programs
- Ensure proper alignment & implementation on global brand look & feel
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or any related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven achiever with a track record of success
- English : V. good
