Job Description

  • Lead the operations of member services delivery and ensure fulfillment of services and execution of marketing plans and activities to achieve target growth and performance.
  • Engage in development and execute Business Plans to achieve target growth and revenue.
  • Manage and report business cycle with members
  • Provide first line of support and interface to service members.
  • Manage promotion and marketing activities with members
  • Manage communication with members
  • Participate and perform tests and verification of software development.
  • Marketing, Sales or Business Development Expert in e-Commerce or Tele-Marketing or Online Services or Members Based Services; preferably related to Learning, Library or Training.

Job Requirements

  • Existing experience in sales and marketing
  • Practical knowledge in business planning and forecast
  • Acquainted with ecommerce and online marketing practices
  • Assumed leadership role in multiple teams’ environment.
  • Marketing or Business Administration, Library or education BSc with MBA
  • Strong communication and presence with leadership personality
  • Strong presentation skills & public speaking
  • Fluent Arabic & English languages: reading, writing and oral.
