Main Duties:
- Check the quality of the online job posts on WUZZUF
- Help to expose the jobs on WUZZUF added by sharing them on social Platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter)
- Help WUZZUF Client with the job analysis by assisting them with job description
- Consultant WUZZUF clients on their hiring and recruitment needs.
- Monitor the jobs added and assessing the quality of the applied candidates.
- Help the clients with the filtration process on their added jobs.
- Follow with our clients and making sure that their demands are met.
- Provide online recruitment solutions and tips for Job Seekers
- Recommending job Seekers profile for our clients and making sure that they are satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Fluent oral and written English
- At least 1-year experience in recruitment - with large organization or recruitment agency
- Previous experience with online recruitment is a bonus
- Good experience with CRM tools
- Maintain great customer satisfaction
- Superior phone Communication skills
- Attention to details
