Job Description
Oversee the sales staff and sales activities, with the objective of generating income and/or (over) achieving sales targets.
- Set Annual Sales Plan and Monthly or Weekly Sales Targets for each sales executive
- Handle Corporate Sales accounts
- Establish and maintain a membership referral program
- Train the sales staff to generate sales through promotional campaigns, face-to-face pitches, phone calls and in-house presentations and any other channels
