Job Description
Direct the sales/marketing staff and activities, with the objective of generating leads, income and/or (over) achieving sales targets.
- Set Annual Sales Plan and Monthly or Weekly Sales Targets for each sales executive
- Handle Corporate Sales accounts
- Establish and maintain a membership referral program
- Train the sales staff to generate sales through promotional campaigns, face-to-face pitches, phone calls and in-house presentations and any other channels
- Reflect what happens inside F3 to the outside world (promoting our services, trainers, clients, upcoming events, offers...)
Job Requirements

- Someone who's into fitness
- Someone who's comfortable with numbers and can generate reports
- Someone who's methodical, organized and knows how to plan ahead (not a last-minute person)
- Someone who can think out-of-the-box but more importantly, who can implement and execute (i.e. who can walk the talk)
- Someone professional, who can work under pressure and tolerate constructive criticism (without taking it personal)
- Someone with a "can-do" attitude (doesn't come up with excuses)
- Someone who's not shy to connect and work with others (an extroverted team-player)
- Someone who knows his/her way around Social Media platforms (actual work experience, not personal posts)
- Someone who's likable
- Good English is a MUST (i.e. the interview will be done in English)
