Job Description
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrading and support of all IT systems
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Develop new procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and assess IT and ERP infrastructure to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Troubleshoot network problems and all relative issues reported by users and affect customer satisfaction.
- Monitor network usage and ensure the most cost effective and efficient use of servers.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Manage the daily operations of the IT department.
- Lead IT team and manage their performance to achieve the department objectives.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bsc in Computer Science/relative Engineering discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation.
