Job Description
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and Handle employee`s social insurance & deals with governmental and labor law issues.
- Develop the needed statistics and reports related to business need.
- Processing employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other activities using the appropriate forms
- Maintains employee records, reviews all employment documents and ensures compliance with the labor law
- Makes arrangements for new hires medical examinations,
- Maintains leave balances, informs payroll of any relevant payroll deductions, and prepares relevant leave reports.
- Responsible for the process of recording attendance within each department and maintains attendance records.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Making the monthly payments on time & Managing special situations like maternity or sickness pay and calculating overtime
- Working out tax and Egyptian insurance deductions & Issuing tax forms
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Conduct on-boarding and off boarding processes
- Charge on maintaining the employee personnel files and information
- Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management.

Job Requirements
- University Degree: B.Sc. Commerce or law is preferable
- Experience 3 up to 5 year
- Perfect user of All Microsoft Applications especially Excel
- Max Age is 30 years
- Gender: Male Or Female
