Job Description
- Receives recruiting Technical Requisitions & coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates & Fulfilling Technical job openings in a timely manner with high-quality of resumes and Calibers.
- Pre-Screening and Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical -assessments and behavioral questions)
- Have the skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats “Online-Face to Face Interviews.
- Administers CVs database and keeps it updated continuously through posting job vacancies on social.
- Responsible for coordinating 1st, technical and final interviews.
- Conduct & be part of the HR panel interview ensuring the right selection of the candidates & receive the final selection from the hiring managers .
- Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.
- Represents reports to the People Head & the Talent Management senior specialist about sourcing and recruiting activities/status.
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Executes any additional tasks asked to do by the H.R department.
- Responsible for following up on hiring documents for newly joined employees.
- Handling the on boarding of new employees.
- Compose job offer letters.
- Onboard new hires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant degree.
- Experience from (1-2) years in Ex- IT Software Companies is a must.
- HR certificate/diploma is preferable.
- Excellent MS Office Tools.
- Excellent Command of English Language.Software
