Job Description
- Coordinate HR Manual and the Policies and Procedures on a monthly basis.
- Design Company Development Organization Structure and update them on a monthly basis.
- Review and update performance appraisal tools and technologies.
- Extract all employees data and prepare separate lists for all Company departments and Projects to be sent for Department Managers.
- Provide assistance for all departments/projects to ensure performance and efficiency in the implementation phase of the performance appraisal.
- Prepare periodic status reports for the collected performance appraisal forms for all Projects/departments.
- Analyze all performance appraisal reports in order to extract training, development and assessment need.
Job Requirements
- Excellent analyzing and Strategic planning skills
- Well aware of OD activities.
- MS office profession is a must.
- HR diploma (preferable)
- Visio
- HR certificate is a MUST
