Job Description
- We are looking for an IT manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
- The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Firewalls installation, configuration and administration (Kerio Control)
- Strong experience in Exchange Servers and Emailing systems
- Manage Windows server (2012 – 2016 - 2019)
- MCSE – MCSA is a must
- Good knowledge in Linux systems (Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge NAS Storage management is a must
- Strong experience in IIS web servers (installation - configuration - Management)
- Strong experience in Apache web servers (installation - configuration - Management)
- Good knowledge in PowerShell scripts
- Good knowledge in CMD scripts
- Good knowledge in Linux scripts
- Good knowledge in SFTP Management
- Good knowledge in FTP Management
- Good knowledge in GoDaddy DNS management
- Strong experience in VPN networks
- Strong experience in VMWare ESXI Servers (5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 6.7)
- Strong experience Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
- Strong experience in Dell Servers management
- Strong experience in Dell IDRAC management
- Strong experience in Raid Arrays
- Strong experience in choose servers specs based on business needs
- Good knowledge in buying servers from Amazon and Dell store

- Strong experience to manage remote servers (Physically, installation - configuration)
- Strong experience to manage local network and solve connection issues (VPN – WAN - LAN)
- Strong experience to plan new local networks infrastructure (VPN – WAN - LAN)
- Good knowledge in Wi-Fi networks and Wi-Fi Security
- Good knowledge in security standards

Education and Experience
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- Proven working experience as an IT manager minimum 4 years or relevant experience as a Manager
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Supervisory experience and Ability to manage personnel
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
