360imaging is hiring an experienced Software Business Analyst to work with our different software and system teams to identify the requirements and feature set(s) for our different software systems.
The goal of this role is to make it easy for our software developers and system administrators to understand the solution requirements in the least amount of time possible.
This entails first, understanding the current requirements of a solution completely — what the needs of the business are, how customers will use it, what the support issues will be, and what alternatives are available.
Second, the features that would add value to customers who use the solution are examined. Then based on this knowledge, the business analyst would recommend specific features that can be assigned to each solution release and prioritize the feature list and communicate it to the appropriate teams.

Problem-solving: Strongly developed problem-solving skills are crucial in this role.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to gather information about a business and create reports.
Analysts are required to communicate with team members of all levels.
Project management: Strongly developed organizational and time management skills are important to move a project from beginning to completion.
Technical: Familiarity with software and system development environment
Track Record: Proven track record as a business analyst or product owner of complex business systems.
