Job Description

  • Develop strategies and tactics, and utilize all the marketing tools to Monitor and Evaluate the marketing strategy regularly according to the updates that could arise for the organization's business strategy in order to be aligned with its timely strategic goals such as penetrating the “Business-To-Customer” market, repositioning the or rebranding.

Create an identity for the company and utilize all marketing activities to enhance the branding and positioning including:

  1. Logo development.
  2. Manage the slogan which enhancing the strong points of the products.
  3. Develop a story behind the brand.
  4. Suggest and develop packing ideas.
  5. Manage to launch events and invite relevant bloggers.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Communicate the marketing plan with the marketing team and the assigned departments if needed such as social media, distributions, stock, etc.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely through the approved budget from the management.
  • Research demand for the organization's products and services according to the market needs and the analysis report of competitors’ performance.
  • Analyze competitors’ performance by monitoring their marketing activities (which includes promotions, events, marketing campaigns, new pricing methods, new packing), collecting &analyzing all the data related to their sales, and defining the competitors’ recent selling status.
  • Help and support the sales department to develop a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share considering customer satisfaction; by providing all the required data regarding the new and existed products of the competitors with its prices.
  • Deal directly with dermatologists in the following staff (to attend medical events as a speaker or as a visitor – to give advice about launching a new product )
  • Manage Key Opinion leaders’ (KOLs) requirements with coordination with the sales department (training – attending conferences -  personal events)
  • Determine the promotional materials category for each physician according to their classification.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Compile the data that had been collected from the marketing team which includes a list of suppliers and vendors with its financial quotation in order to select the best vendor/Event planner with the best quality and best price.
  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and responsible for planning all major or medical events that build brand awareness and positioning by determining event theme, the host, and the event planner.
  • Manage the training process that contains product medical knowledge, the presentation, and communication skills that must be provided to ushers who will represent the company in the events and determine their sales target.
  • Direct, plan, and coordinate marketing efforts that relate to increasing selling rate.
  • Handle social media and public relations efforts like Instagram campaigns which targeted bloggers in order to grab the attention of the segment market.
  • Plan and manage seasoning campaigns that serve the marketing plan.
  • Compile lists describing the organization's offerings and create promotions with the finance department in order to approve its validity according to the organization’s financial objectives.
  • Monitor the distribution and follow up with the sales department and stocks in order to ensure product availability in online channels such as Jumia and Souq.
  • Follow up products’ samples stock availability.
  • Receive and analyze the weekly report from the marketing team which includes the recent progress of the approved plans previously and determines the new targets with its action plan for the next week according to the business direction.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to analyze the training needs for the department such as excel proficiency, communication skills, and all related training that enhance the marketing skills of team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Master of business administration - MBA.
  • Excellent English – spoken & written.
  • Professional user of Microsoft office (word – excel – PowerPoint).
  • 10+ years of experience including a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales.
