Job Description

  • Responsible for organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth operation of the Office.
  • Perform public office duties such as ordering supplies, managing records and maintaining
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications
  • Coordination with internal staff at all levels.
  • Follow up the administrative work of the company
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure more preferred cost-effective orders
  • Addressing and prioritizing all incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, parcels, etc.)
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Follow-up groups

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High accuracy with excellent attention to detail. knowledge
  • Standardization and combustion of standard offices.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word - Excel - Power Point).
