- Responsible for organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth operation of the Office.
- Perform public office duties such as ordering supplies, managing records and maintaining
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Coordination with internal staff at all levels.
- Follow up the administrative work of the company
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure more preferred cost-effective orders
- Addressing and prioritizing all incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, parcels, etc.)
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Follow-up groups
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High accuracy with excellent attention to detail. knowledge
- Standardization and combustion of standard offices.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word - Excel - Power Point).
