We are looking for talented and tech HR geek, who is comfortable with software and programs to manage our remote team across multi countries, who will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and Selection candidates and speed of delivery.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Promote company culture and adherence to values
Job Requirements
- Looking for a very enthusiastic HR Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field of HR, at least one year in the digital marketing agencies field.
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational management skills
