Job Description
- Responsible about the sales of the store.
- train, evaluate and counsel store employees.
- Schedule, organize and direct assignments to the store employees
- handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
- Ensure the display is well maintained according to the company standards.
- Prepares reports by collecting, summarizing information for the brand manager
- Conduct regular store meetings with the sales team
- Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, pricing updates, etc
- ability to handle all aspects of retail operational and merchandising management issues, starting from the delivery of stock to the store until the final stage at the customer ‘s location, and to insure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for preparation of work schedules of the sales team at the branch
- Responsible of handling all stuff schedules, all their personal issues to maintain the best work flow
- Direct monthly reports to the brand manager
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years experience / GUC's & AUC's are welcome
- Background in Furniture showrooms is must
- Excellent Computer Skills( Word/excel)
- Good English speaking/ writing
