Job Description
- Perform in-depth and high – Level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
- Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory.
- Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team.
- Support Sales team in technical issues.
- Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners.
- Work with sales representatives to strategize / manage accounts.
- Identify prospect requirements / Solution.
- Build rapport with the product / solution evaluation team.
- Product / Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Address customer follow-ups/issues.
- Identify / Set competitive traps.
- Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support.
- Identify other resources required to get sale.
- Manage product / technical issues to the close
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineer
- Should have a stable work history.
- Skills, Abilities, Physical Demands:
- Proven ability to work with wide array of cultural communities.
- Highly proactive, self starter.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be a strong presenter, with high enthusiasm and strong sales skills.
- Ability to discuss and quickly understand application operational issues and configurations with customers.
- Ability to quickly understand customer situations/problems and address with customer.
- Good Knowledge with firewalls and UTMS solutions.
