- Follow up recruitment announcements when needed
- Organizing interviews with candidates
- Develop training programs
- Entering employee data in the approved databases
- Record and install staff hours in databases
- Monitor and review salaries, wages and bonuses
- Organize individual evaluation programs
- Follow up all human resource management work according to its priority
