Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Proven achiever with a track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse cross functional teams
- Superior analytical skills and experience utilizing syndicated data in decision making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
