Job Description
- Direct and coordinate the company’s quality program, including the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems and procedures
- Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, and recommend continual improvement activities. (With respect to Quality Assurance systems applied)
- Prepare monthly summaries of quality issues for the ISO Committee for presentation to the senior management team.
- Implement quality training programs for key quality & ISO Committee personnel.
- Ensure appropriate calibration of quality equipment.
- Work with relevant Management to apply pertinent Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Objectives and other quality procedures appropriate to the business objectives.
- Work with internal auditors to integrate quality standards as part of the Service Level Agreement for core suppliers and, where appropriate, assess (audit) supplier’s premises.
- Issue and manage customer Corrective/Preventive Action Reports.
- Approve the Internal audit plan, review the Audit output, NCR and Audit Report, and assign Internal Auditor for every Internal or External Audit.
- Design and implement Quality Plans for all parts to be integrated System.
- Investigate and record customer complaints regarding service performance, specifications, and reliability.
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures, monitoring inventories
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.
Job Requirements
Knowledge/ Skills
- Experience in quality management system ISO 9001 – 2015 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Experience in telecommunication industry .
- Demonstrate understanding of complex project management and leverage knowledge of company to identify risk and evaluate impacts on the business
- Experience in program management, or coordinating long-term, cross-functional projects
- Prior experience collaborating with Risk Management, Finance, and Technologies
- Demonstrated thought leadership skills and creativity, as well as strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated communication skills and reporting skills
- Strong work-ethic and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and management skills, including ability to develop and manage to a project plan, establish priorities, work to deadlines, and control several activities simultaneously.
