Job Description
Data Sourcing
- Data sourcing through different recruitment channels and connecting with new recruitment agencies and website.
Database Management
- Updating on daily basis the tracking sheets of applicants starting from database sheet till the new hired applicants, Archiving all documents and CVs of the applicants
Organization Development
- Update the organization charts, Job Description and distributing performance assessment sheet
Recruitment Cycle
- Handling all of the recruitment cycle starting from contacting the applicants through the phone till providing with the final feedback
Employee Relations
- Handling and answering all employees’ inquiries regarding their job benefits and working conditions.
- Traveling to other company branches to follow up with the employees if they have any inquiries or problems.
Training Coordination
- Searching, Connecting and coordinating training course for the employees starting from dealing with successful training centers till informing the employees with their training.
Job Requirements
- Recruitment/Placement : Knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and practices related to identifying, attracting, and selecting individuals and placing them into positions to address changing organizational needs.
- Performance Management : Knowledge of performance management concepts, principles, and practices related to planning, monitoring, rating, and rewarding employee performance.
- Human Resource Development :Knowledge of employee development concepts, principles, and practices related to planning, evaluating, and administering training, organizational development, and career development initiatives.
