Job Description
- Support tickets coordination and follow up
- Log support tickets and track status with different team members
- Support customers and company engineers by providing troubleshooting / knowledge transfer
- Assist clients with installation, configuration, upgrade and resolving issues remotely for company software solutions
- Develop articles / blogs for scenarios related to company products
- Develop training materials for company products
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in IT Systems and network is mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Products (Active Directory, Exchange) is a must.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues with common sense
- Excellent Communication skills are required
- Ability to write technical documents / plans
- Basic Knowledge in: SQL, Active Directory, Exchange, Network Protocols, Operating Systems, Cisco
- Excellent English fluency (IELTS or TOEFL is a consider as plus)
