Job Description

  • Support tickets coordination and follow up
  • Log support tickets and track status with different team members
  • Support customers and company engineers by providing troubleshooting / knowledge transfer
  • Assist clients with installation, configuration, upgrade and resolving issues remotely for company software solutions
  • Develop articles / blogs for scenarios related to company products
  • Develop training materials for company products

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge in IT Systems and network is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Products (Active Directory, Exchange) is a must.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues with common sense
  • Excellent Communication skills are required
  • Ability to write technical documents / plans
  • Basic Knowledge in: SQL, Active Directory, Exchange, Network Protocols, Operating Systems, Cisco
  • Excellent English fluency (IELTS or TOEFL is a consider as plus)
