Job Description
- Scheduling and setting meeting dates with clients to present our portfolio and act as a link between the clients and Caesar Marcom.
- Establish and develop client relationships, contact key accounts, work with clients at various stages in the sales cycle including updates, feedbacks
- Responsible for coordination of campaigns/projects and communicating it clearly to all those involved within Caesar Marcom staff.
- Consult clients about campaign requirements and objectives.
- Passing proposals on agreeing timescales and budgets.
- Formulate strategies and presentations for creative work done.
- Delivering ideas and final products to clients.
- Ensuring ideas remain accurate to brief, kept within deadline and budget
- Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
- Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets
- Handle daily accounts and report to the Account Director for target achievement both quarterly and annually
- Handling campaign costs, quotations/invoices plus invoice collection with the finance department
