Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle towards startups, small and medium enterprise clients.
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with clients and prospects.
- Achieve revenue targets through focus on renewal clients, networking in core customer verticals, bringing on-board new clients.
- Building up long term relationships and developing account plans for revenue growth to ensure high renewal rates by account and value for accounts obtained.
- Ability to prospect, develop and secure new business from new clients within the specified markets.
- Presenting the value of Elegant Tech’s services both over the email and phone calls presentations to generate leads.
- Determining client needs and being constantly aware of opportunities to sell to different job titles within an organization is a must – understanding business challenges is critical to the role and prior experience in solution sales is crucial.
Job Requirements
Competencies and experience:
- 2+ years of B2B experience, ideally from the software / technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or marketing
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to network and negotiate up to C level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Web or Mobile development knowledge or experience is a major plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning new topics, sharing knowledge with others.
