Job Description

  • Support all software that we have in Call Center.
  • Setup, management, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Company Computers’ Hardware and Software, Printers, and Networks.
  • Replacing parts when it is required.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.
  • Conducting electronically safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Ensure work on Social media and online marketing.
  • Shift: 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Friday & Saturday OFF

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related study.
  • VPN - VOIP Connection.
  • Excellent Network Deployment and Trouble-shooting skills.
  • Experience with Operating Systems (Win XP,7, 8) and MS Office.
  • Experience with Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
  • Good Command of English Language.
