- Serving customers needs and requirements
- Follow up customers feedback
- Search for new markets and new clients
- Analyze the market's needs
- Persuade new clients to trust the company
- Present the company products in a manner that fulfill the clients' satisfaction
- Manage the selling process
- Follow up the order and the procedures
- Make sure to close the deal and have a financial analysis of it “evaluation “with clients.
- Solve pop out troubles efficiently and effectively
- Sales improvements plans will be requested every now and then
- Keep a record of sales trends
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Job Requirements
- Graduated from a related field ( Business / Marketing )
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
- Organizational
- Customer/Client
- Technical Capacity.
- Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
- Effective skill in planning things
- Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes
- Expert problem-solving skills
- Attentive and accurate in execution of the tasks
- Knowledge about various foreign languages (preferable).
- knowledge about international trade laws
- Perfect time management skills
- Computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications
