Job Description
- Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine".
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system.
- Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Prepare social insurance records and maintain employee’s files and ensure fully meeting the requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (in Law is preferable)
- 3+ years of experience in personnel field.
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English Language
- High Computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Ability to deal with fingerprint machine.
- solid knowledge of labor law and social insurance law.
