Job Description
- Conduct a marketing strategy to promote our services in Egypt and to foreign countries.
- Handle the marketing and sales of our Productions
- Can prepare and manage sales and marketing plans
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand, reviews price schedules and discount rates.
- Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
- Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
- Effectively manages sales budget for the region.
Job Requirements
- Graduate with B. Sc. with marketing specialization from a reputed institute.
- At least 4-6 years sales and marketing in software industry
