Job Description
We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on March 24th to hire Blockchain Chief Architects (USD $100K/yr).
This event will include testing. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager. This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate will come from an extensive financial service background and have commercial experience in Blockchain. You will have experience exploring proof of concepts for blockchain within financial services and will have an understanding of the technology pain points for banks and where the blockchain can be applied. It would be highly beneficial for the candidate to have experience working on the consulting side

Job Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience on hands-on development in Java technologies
- Has worked with various back end technologies and latest development frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain theory: PoW, PoS, TaPoS, DPoS, and other consensus algorithms
- Has experience working with two or more of data related technologies and familiarity with others from various Relational databases, Nosql databases, Caching systems, Full Text Search engines, Big Data systems.
- Has good experience with the TDD approach, doing unit testing, mocking, integration/UI testing, behaviour driven testing.
- Has good experience working with, setting up and configuring any continuous integration and delivery systems, any code quality automation technologies.
- Has experience with one or more cloud or devops services like AWS, Docker, Heroku, Digitalocean, etc.
- Has experience with one or more front end technologies including templating, CSS and JS frameworks.
- At least 1 year of commercial development experience using blockchain technology
