Job Description

  • Handle crew payroll.
  • Arrange and follow up on crew changes and rotation.
  • Handle daily operations regarding recruited employees and client inquiries.
  • Arrange and follow up on the required training courses for crew members and their accommodation and transportation.
  • Arrange and handle Medical check-up for all crew members.
  • Prepare the crew time sheets.
  • Fast resolution of crew problems.

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll or personnel.
  • Experience in handling blue collar issues is desirable.
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Very good knowledge of MS office.
  • Very good English level.
  • Problem solver
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Have very good follow up skills to get things done.
  • Willing to work offsite when needed.
