- Handle crew payroll.
- Arrange and follow up on crew changes and rotation.
- Handle daily operations regarding recruited employees and client inquiries.
- Arrange and follow up on the required training courses for crew members and their accommodation and transportation.
- Arrange and handle Medical check-up for all crew members.
- Prepare the crew time sheets.
- Fast resolution of crew problems.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll or personnel.
- Experience in handling blue collar issues is desirable.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Very good knowledge of MS office.
- Very good English level.
- Problem solver
- Very good communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Have very good follow up skills to get things done.
- Willing to work offsite when needed.
