Job Description
Main Duties:
- Perform and implement all legal activities such as following up coming checking contracts , documents and day-to-day dealing with company lawyer and related activities
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the HR & Administration and legal Affairs Division Manager Section Head.
- Assists in planning Attorney’s Office budget. Also prepares monthly and quarterly fiscal reports and tracks, verifies, and pays all billings.
- Coordinates and assists for preparing BOD ( Board of director meetings ) & shareholder meeting .
- Assists in the preparation, approval and finalization of ordinances and resolutions. Drafts agreements, pleadings, letters, updates contracts and prepares inter-office memos.
- Support sales team with our customer for payments and follow with lawyer incase of any litigations.
- Support incase of checking contacts of compliance letters with contractors .
- Willing to support company clearance dept. in case they face any problems with GAFI OR Customs.
