Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of the Balance Sheet and the financial statements
- Monitor the general accounting functions including account reconciliation and analysis
- Prepare Monthly Employment Cost Reports.
- Update payroll records with monthly changes while having a basic payroll knowledge
- Oversee HR administration and documentation while drafting employment letters, contracts for new joiners etc.
- Time Sheet Attendance, Leaves, Vacations, and Overtime
- Be responsible for Maintaining and updating HRIS Personnel records
- Work closely with the benefits broker and insurance companies to coordinate and execute tasks in renewing, enrolling and terminating employee benefits
- Act supportively to Hiring Managers in interview scheduling and recruitment process in general.
- IT Purchase orders and handling of Treasury
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must meet the following:
- A BSc degree in Finance/ Accounting – MSc Human Resources or MBA is a plus.
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar position preferably at a Software Company
- Good working knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially in excel,
- Hands-on, results driven, can-do attitude
- Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Arabic. Written and Conversation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with multiple priorities and sensitivity to time to meet
