Job Description
- Responsible for auditing and closing the operations files.
- Recheck invoices that received from suppliers and invoices that issued to clients
- Assist in monthly VAT report and withholding tax report.
- Assist in monthly reports and closing fiscal year.
- Will be required assist in outdoor tasks.
- Record journal entry.
- Responsible for treasury transactions and issue cash receipts.
- Follow up and entering bank transactions that included cheques, cash deposit and transfers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree major accounting
- 2-3 years of experience, preferred experience in related field
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office especially Excel
- Good user for ERP
- Fluent English
- Preferable a residence nearby the workplace
- Friday off + Saturday shifts
- Salary negotiations upon to qualifications
