Job Description
- Receives export plan and takes the necessary steps according to the set procedures.
- Prepares the governmental documents related to export.
- Contacts insurance companies to assures applying the terms and conditions of insurance policies as agreed.
- Follows-up with the accounting unit on timely payments for shipping firms & insurance companies.
- Follows-up on claims for damages or losses against insurance companies.
- Creating customer data, updating address lists on computer.
Job Requirements
- University degree (Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent).
- 6th October residents and nearby are highly preferably
- Very Good command of English language.
- Computer literate.
- SAP Knowledge is highly preferably
- High interpersonal negotiation and planning skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a flexible approach are important.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and organizing skills.
