Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Accountable for different operating systems, Application servers and Data base engines that support Asset projects.
Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to deploy and operate systems.
Help automate and streamline operations and processes.
Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
Provide ongoing support and system optimization services
Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and internet systems.
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
Make recommendations for future upgrades.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, computer science, or related field.
From 3-5 years practical total experience of support, troubleshooting and network administration.
Good knowledge in IT Systems field.
Good knowledge in windows server.
Fluency in system administration, automation using different scripting languages.
A terminal pro on either Unix based or Windows platforms.
