Job Description

  • Responsible for typing company documents and material, including reports, correspondence and policies
  • Can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
  • Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Gather and organize typing material
  • Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files
  • Scan and print files, as needed
  • Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Fast and accurate typing skills is a must
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience in similar roles (preferable in law firms)
  • Fast typing skills
  • Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
  • Confidentiality
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent computer skills “Word, Excel & Outlook”
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to work under stress
  • Able to work flexible working hours
  • Able to work night shifts
  • Team working skills
