Solution Delivery Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• As a Solution Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for analyses and delivery of all solutions and services which enable and ensure the right quality in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Analyze the collected project requirements from the sales department.
• Build primary architecture to determine the approach to be utilized in a project implementation how will the application operate, structured, and how customers use them.
• Overall responsibility for successful implementation and delivery of the solutions.
• Set and release OGTech application's version and number.
• Test the solution output and fix bugs to ensure matching it to the requirements.
• Work with our engineering department or the client directly on deployment of new projects through (Set up prerequisites, program, database and the application after clarifying them and configure RFID devices).
• Continuous optimization of development and delivery processes in all areas of our solutions.
• Recommend best practices to internal stakeholders depending upon the ongoing projects and priorities within agreed constraints.
• Ensure that the transitioned services have been developed to meet operational and service level agreements.
