Job Description
Overall Job Scope
Responsible for providing a wide range of HR support functions including employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, staffing, and employment law compliance.
- Process recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and shortlist them)
- Ensures implementation of HR strategies and policies focusing on achievement
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Process full payroll cycle.
- Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Handles social insurances issues.
- Track and follow up on attendance of all employees
- Updates employees’ data sheets.
- Process hiring and resignation procedures.
- Approves and Registers employee's vacation.
Job Requirements
- Min 2-3 Years Experience
- Bachelor degree
- V.Good English
- V.Good computer skills and MS Office
- Multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision making
