Job Description

Overall Job Scope

Responsible for providing a wide range of HR support functions including employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, staffing, and employment law compliance.

  • Process recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and shortlist them)
  • Ensures implementation of HR strategies and policies focusing on achievement
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Process full payroll cycle.
  • Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Handles social insurances issues.
  • Track and follow up on attendance of all employees
  • Updates employees’ data sheets.
  • Process hiring and resignation procedures.
  • Approves and Registers employee's vacation.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2-3 Years Experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • V.Good English
  • V.Good computer skills and MS Office
  • Multi-tasking, problem-solving and decision making
  • Communication, supervisory and presentation skills
