Job Description

We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. He will manage our Tawasul Website & Social Media Pages to help our clients improve their web presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration (Monitor Users posts, managing expert accounts, Suspend Spam Accounts, etc.).
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. text, photos, videos and news) to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with Users, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor their activities.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends, design tools and applications in other Financial Communities.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Present social media strategies to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
  • Ability to blog about social media on our product websites based on research, experience, and relevant social media news.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
