Job Description
- Interior Finishing work (Masonry work, Painting work, Gypsum wall, Flooring etc.)
- Oversee subcontractors for successful delivery of project.
- Leading discipline for successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, cost & schedule.
- Execution of construction plans, coordination, must have tie-ups with Sub-Contractors to keep project under control of agreed plan, to deliver the location on agreed date.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in all the interior and exterior finishing works.
- Education: BSc. In Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in Finishing activities in Commercial Construction Projects (retail shops).
