Job Description
- Follow up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity
- Draft legal opinions and legal researches.
- Conduct legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
- Draft bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc….
- Draft Minutes of the BOD and GAM
- Answer all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
- Revise and manage various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
- Dealing with official authorities.
Job Requirements
- Good at Legal Research
- Good Command in Word/ Excel
- Arabic and English drafting skills
- Preferable Law Firm background
