Job Description
- Responsible for following the Account Management strategies in coordination with other functions (Project Management, Marketing, Sales and Brand Management & Production) to meet corporate strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, brand management, project management and client service functions to deliver a complete customer experience.
- You are responsible for the professional and proactive care of defined key accounts and thus for the securing of growth potentials.
- Develop & propose tailor-made solutions to our international clients on a global scale.
- Represent the company in the context of customer visits and at industry events.
Job Requirements
- University degree in business management and/or languages
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
- Excellent English communication skills, in writing and speaking
- Sufficient project management skills: analytical and critical thinking, creative problem-solving, excellent time management.
- Localization/translation industry experience is a definite plus
