Senior Accountant

• Maintain general ledger and preparing journal entries through creating account payables, fixed Assets, & cost center allocation, to ensure the accuracy of accounting data
• Reconcile monthly bank statements by verifying all deposits, and handle discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of cash flow
• Monitor Financial system through accurate and on time filling financial data to ensure the validity of information on the systems.
• Assist in coordinating the company's annual audit with its external auditors through the preparation of disclosures and variance analysis to ensure the accuracy of information presented
• Create related reports on a Periodical basis through tracking, measuring, monitoring performance to provide performance tracking and take a decision on improvement opportunities
• Preparing and processing of purchase orders.
• Preparing and processing of Taxes related forms, according to GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices
• Assist in the preparation of company financial statements, to include the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.

Working Conditions:

• 5 working days from Sunday till Thursday
• 9 working hours (10:00 pm to 7:00 pm, flexible (+/-) one hour)
