Job Description
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Responsible for document control including handling mail, request for information and related logs.
- Maintains schedule by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings.
- Taking minutes of meeting.
- Prepares reports by collecting information.
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Working hours are from 9am - 6 pm including 1 hour free.
Job Requirements
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from business administration or Accounting or Alsun
EXPERIENCE
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling.

- Proficiency in English
